1) Is your equipment clean?
​-Yes, our units are cleaned and sanitized after every use. They are also inspected for any damages or issues before each use.

​3) Is a deposit required?
-No. Although a deposit is appreciated, one is not necessary to hold your reservation. But if you book a Bounce house with us, please let us know as soon as possible if you are going to cancel so that we can reserve that unit for someone else. 

​4) Which credit cards do you accept? 
​We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

​5) How long is the rental? We do not charge by the hour, or for a block of time. We do our best to give you the inflatable as long as we can, so rental hours/times will vary. We will be in contact with you the day before and/or the day of your rental to discuss drop off and pick up times. 

​6) Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery within the East Valley cities which include San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Florence, Coolidge, Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler. Outside of these cities will be charged a $25 delivery fee. 

7) Are you insured? 
​-Yes. We are fully insured to service residential and parks.
